Description:

IBM Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (TADDM) is a vital component of an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) implementation. TADDM provides complete visibility into application complexity by automatically creating and maintaining application infrastructure maps through an agent-free discovery process. The resulting maps include complete run-time dependencies and change history.

Learn to successfully implement TADDM 7.1 in a customer environment. Hands-on exercises provide participants the opportunity to install, configure and customize a typical TADDM deployment. An overview of the discovery process is also provided. Students learn troubleshooting steps and techniques as well as methods for improving performance of the TADDM discoveries.
