This five-day course covers the establishment and maintenance of automated benefits programs in PeopleSoft Benefits Administration. Participants will learn to manage complex eligibility and event requirements, employee enrollment into benefit programs and the processing of these employees through Open Enrollment, and on-going Event Maintenance. In addition, participants will run an eligibility Snapshot, review Event Coordination and set up PeopleSoft eBenefits to process enrollments via self-service.
