This course is designed for those team members who are responsible for administering and managing Siebel Marketing 7.7. This course examines the fundamental concepts of Siebel Marketing functionality and architecture, and covers the basic tasks for administering and operating the Siebel Marketing Server and Siebel Email Marketing Server. Through a series of hands-on lab exercises, course participants learn how to perform ongoing administrative and operational tasks related to building and executing marketing plans, programs, campaigns, and events. Course participants also learn how Siebel Marketing integrates with other products in the Siebel eBusiness Applications suite.Individuals responsible for the installation and configuration of the Siebel Marketing Server and Siebel Email Marketing Server should also take this course to gain the proper context to fully understand the Server Architect course material.
