The course presents discussions and implementations of the tasks required to integrate applications to the Siebel Universal Customer Master (UCM) 7.8 application with support for the Data Quality (DQ) features as part of the total Customer Data Integration (CDI) 7.8 solution. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to perform a standard application integration to UCM with full data quality support.
