The course presents discussions and implementations of the tasks required to integrate applications to the Siebel Universal Customer Master (UCM) 7.8 application with support for the Data Quality (DQ) features as part of the total Customer Data Integration (CDI) 7.8 solution. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to perform a standard application integration to UCM with full data quality support. Learn to:

  • Load data into the Universal Customer Master (UCM) using the Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and the UCM Batch workflow
  • Create UCM child business components Create CRMML messages to perform UCM operations
  • Execute Party Package Workflows to process inbound requests
  • Configure and execute a job to run the UCM Data Management workflows
  • Set up jobs to perform daily batch publishing
