This course introduces students to the user-oriented features of Oracle's Service Activator. Conceptual information is presented incrementally to build a student's understanding of the product and its purpose. Mastery of the UI to discover networks, define configuration, and deliver services is gained through a series of comprehensive lessons and exercises. Students develop the skills to assess the network status, provision MPLS VPNs, and implement detailed QoS solutions. They also learn to leverage resources including the product documentation and online help to extend their expertise with Service Activator. Upon completion of this course, students are knowledgeable about Service Activator's strengths and capabilities and are capable product users.
In addition to lectures, the Global Live WebClass format includes hands-on labs so you can practice using your new knowledge immediately. You also receive personal guidance and advice from your instructor during online daily "office hours".
