Description:

In this Oracle Communications course, participants learn the Order and Service Management (OSM) product concepts, how to use the OSM Web Client to handle Orders, and how to use Studio for OSM (the Service Creation Environment) to design and create solutions (cartridges). By the end of this course, participants will understand the functional and technical architecture of the OSM product. They should be able to manage orders from creation to completion and perform order query and changes. They should also be able to implement fulfillment services into the OSM system by using the Studio.
