Description:

The System Administration class is appropriate for students who need to understand how to install Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management and maintain it on a day-to-day basis. In this technical course, students will develop an in-depth understanding of the system architecture and learn how to interpret log files and troubleshoot the system for issues. Optimizing the system performance will also be covered along with information on how to partition and purge stored customer data. During the hands-on lab, students will learn to install and configure the product.
