Gain an introduction to Java and to WebSphere Studio Application Developer, and learn to use Application Developer as a guide to exploring Java. Learn the basics of Java syntax, object creation and key classes and their use. Extensive hands-on lab exercises are used throughout the course.

This is a basic course for programmers, who want to learn the Java language and gain structured experience with the Java and debug perspectives of WebSphere Studio Application Developer.
