Description:

This course is essential for individuals who wants to understand how to configure, start, run and maintain a production eProcess system. This course is platform-specific and is taught on Windows 2000 Server with Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition. Hints and tips related to Unix operating systems and Oracle database are provided, where applicable.

Audience:

This is an intermediate course for eProcess individuals responsible for configuring and running eProcess software and installing eProcess applications on a system. Developers responsible for creating custom applications may find the system level information helpful in development.

Objectives:

In this instructor-assisted course you will develop the skills needed to successfully administer the eProcess production application. You will perform targeted, system-based exercises coordinated with lectures, and instructors are present to assist you to successfully complete the assignments when needed. After you complete this course, you will have the knowledge to configure, start, and run eProcess application environments on an eProcess system, and perform routine administration and maintenance tasks. In addition, information is offered on how to configure and synchronize eProcess with Content Services, Open Client, and the Process Analyzer Engine.

Prerequisites:
