Description:

Being able to properly install and configure FileNet's Integrated Document Management (IDM) Desktop, Web Services and Open Client software is a critical part of getting the most out of your FileNet system. The IDM Desktop and Web Services Administration course is designed to give the system administrator the knowledge necessary to install, configure and administer the IDM Desktop, Web Services and Open Client software for use in a FileNet system.

Audience:
