Description:

This class provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the various steps involved in the installation of FileNet Email Manager, combined with the opportunity to perform a hands-on Email Manager installation.

Audience:

This is an intermediate course for technical professionals who are required to plan, install and configure FileNet Email Manager.

Objectives:

In this course you will learn to describe and perform the steps in the Email Manager installation process.

Prerequisites:

You should have:

• Completion of the FileNet Technician: BPM and CM Installation class or the IBM FileNet P8 Platform Installation (F4900) class.
• Completion of the BPM and CM Administration class or of the IBM FileNet P8 Platform Administration (F7450) class.
• Understanding of the overall architecture of the FileNet P8 platform.
• Completion of the IBM FileNet Email Manager Administration Add- On (F6800) class
