Description:

This course offers the opportunity to learn skills required for configuring and administering an IBM FileNet Email Manager system. In order to practice these skills, you will work with a fully functioning IBM FileNet Email Manager system based on either a Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino server.

Audience:

This intermediate course is for anyone who is currently, or will soon be, configuring or administering an IBM FileNet Email Manager system.

Objectives:

Build the knowledge and skills necessary to configure and administer an IBM FileNet Email Manager system.

Prerequisites:

  • Experience using either Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino server
  • Experience using either Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes
  • Experience using IBM FileNet Enterprise Manager
  • Experience using IBM FileNet Workplace
