Description:

This course in not included in the IBM Education Card Program.

This is the second course in the two-part series C Programming Advanced Techniques:

  • Part 1 (DN055)
  • Part 2 (Single User) (DN036)
Expand beyond the C Programming Fundamentals series into areas of C that are useful in writing larger, more complex programs. Gain a further understanding of how the language is implemented on the machine. Learn important factors in determining how to write code that is both efficient and portable.

The National Education Training Group (NETg) family of products is offered as a part of the NETg Skill Builder Education Series. The products are available as a part of IBM's National Software Remarketing Program. Product information has been provided by the program supplier, NETg.

The courses are interactive with hundreds of simulations and questions included throughout. The Precision Learning (TM) tool assesses your skills prior to taking a course. Then based on the assessment, it reconfigures the course so that you are presented only the course content pertaining to material missed in the pre-assessment. This minimizes training time and filters out knowledge that was previously learned.

The mastery test at the end of each unit verifies that learning took place. All test questions and wrong answers are randomly generated so each test is unique to the individual taking it. This approach to mastery testing ensures that you mastered the skill as opposed to mastering the test itself. To help prepare you for industry certification, courses are audited to meet technology objectives.
