Overview:

This instructor led training course covers the advanced configuration and troubleshooting of the HP Session Allocation Manager (SAM) software in an HP Blade Workstation or Consolidated Client Infrastructure (CCI) solution. While the concepts presented here may be applicable to other environments in which RGS may be used, all course labs will involve one of these two environments. Be sure to check with your training manager or the course scheduler to ensure that the delivery you choose covers the target environment that you support. Typical audience roles are solution architects, technical sales support, and service/support engineers. Attendees should have prior experience with HP SAM, and should have attended at least one full solution training course on the CCI or HP Blade Workstation solution. Attendees should already know how to install and use the specific solution upon which they are supporting HP SAM. See the Prerequisites section for further details.
