Offered as self-paced online training (ECM On Demand eLab). This course offers the opportunity to use the Process Engine Java API class libraries to develop custom applications that access the IBM FileNet P8 4.0 Process Engine. In order to practice these skills, you will write code and test Business Process management functions using IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager system.

Audience:

This intermediate course is for programmers who design and develop custom Business Process Manager applications or for anyone who needs to know the capabilities of the Process Engine API for Java-based applications.

You should have:

Getting Started with IBM FileNet P8 or IBM FileNet Prerequisite Skills 4.0 (F0000)
or working knowledge of the FileNet P8 4.0 BPM system
IBM FileNet Business Process Manager Administration 4.0 (F007G) is a plus
IBM FileNet BPM Process Design (F021G), or (F0229) is a plus
Basic programming experience in Java-based technologies
Familiarity with business process management and workflow concepts
