This course provides the workflow administrator with the knowledge and skills necessary to administer an IBM FileNet BPM system. In order to practice these skills, you will work with a fully functioning IBM FileNet BPM system.

Audience:

This intermediate course is for anyone who is currently, or will soon be, administering an IBM FileNet BPM system or building a business process solution with IBM FileNet BPM.
