Return to your job with techniques to provide your organization's decision-makers with the information they need to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPI) using real-time, interactive dashboards. Through hands-on activities and discussions you will learn best practices for creating and deploying dashboards using CleverPath Forest & Trees and CleverPath Portal. You will learn how to develop dashboard applications that display critical business metrics in a variety of formats (graphs, tables, traffic lights, and indicators), that allow decision-makers to know if exceptions have occurred, to drill-down to investigate root causes, and identify trends You will also learn how to deploy the dashboard applications using CleverPath Portal, as well as control access to them.

Application Developers

Prerequisites:
Application development in the client/server or Web environment
Programming logic and concepts (arrays, variables, trigger events, etc.)
Common flow control ( IF/THEN/ELSE, FOR/NEXT loops, SWITCH statements, etc.)
Ability to write queries in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Understanding of relational database concepts
Basic familiarity with CleverPath Forest & Trees (if not attending FT300, it is recommended that you review the Getting Started Guide from the CleverPath Forest & Trees Version 7.0 product CD)
