Project Management with Clarity™

Overview:

The Project Management with Clarity course is directed toward the end-user who will manage projects with Clarity. This course will build upon the Fundamentals course and will teach students how to define a project in the system. Defining a project includes the project properties as well as the creation of the work breakdown structure. Once a project is defined, the course will lead you through the building of a project team, creation of dependencies and the ability to staff the team to the tasks, including estimating work effort. In addition, the course will cover the collaboration on a project, financial planning (budgeting/forecasting), project control features, reporting, and program management.

Hosting

CA Clarity SPT courses require a Learning Management System (LMS) to run.  If you do not have an LMS that supports SCORM (Sharable Courseware Object Reference Model) on which to run the SPT courses, CA can host the courses for you on a remote LMS you can access over the Internet. There is an additional 20% yearly fee associated with this hosting service.

Maintenance

The fee for the CA Clarity SPT courses provides access to the current version only. Maintenance can be purchased to allow access to future versions. There is an additional 20% yearly fee associated with this maintenance service.
