Clarity™ Boot Camp Functional Track

Overview:

The Clarity Functional Boot Camp offers students an in-depth experience of an implementation simulation without distractions, giving you the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of Clarity. This boot camp will include lectures and exercises, as well as a mock implementation using a customer scenario, to enforce learning. Instructors will focus on the functional aspects of the application including project management, resource management, demand management, financial management, portfolio management, and process management. Upon completion of this course and the assessment, you will have the opportunity to become certified Clarity expert.

For Managers:
This boot camp is targeted to users that have some knowledge of the software and need more in-depth training in order to effectively get up-to-speed.   This boot camp is a fast-paced, intensive learning program designed to provide Clarity users with a thorough end-to-end understanding of the Clarity application from a functional viewpoint. Participants will receive extensive hands-on training and learn how to perform an implementation of Clarity and handle situations that will arise in a typical implementation. The ideal candidates for this course are Project Team members who will be responsible for the Clarity implementation. Following this course, your staff will have the ability to provide valuable thought leadership and expertise to the implementation team, which may otherwise take months to acquire.   Upon completion of this boot camp, students will have the opportunity to become certified Clarity experts.
