ITIL® V3: Foundation Bridge Certificate Examination

This 30-minute examination is administered in a BMC training facility. It is intended for students who have completed the ITIL® V3: Foundation Upgrade (WBT) and now want to upgrade their V2 Foundation certification to V3.

This 30-minute examination is administered in a BMC training facility. It is intended for students who have completed the ITIL® V3: Foundation Upgrade (WBT) and now want to upgrade their V2 Foundation certification to V3. 

Note: To be able to take the test and get certified in this course, participants need to have their ITIL® Foundation Certifications present in class as a proof.
 
Target Audience:
ITIL Users - IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) courses are appropriate for any IT Operations, Technical, or IT Management requiring more information about ITIL best practices. Anyone responsible for managing, implementing, or consulting on ITIL processes within IT or in conjunction with IT. 
  
The exam is comprised of 20 multiple-choice questions, which are derived from the full ITIL V3 Foundation Examination. A score of 65 percent, or 13 correct out of 20, is required to pass.

This exam is for students who have completed the ITIL® V3: Foundation Upgrade (WBT) course and would like to upgrade their ITIL Foundation certification to V3.
