Intermediate Users - This course is designed for users who are comfortable with the basics of the product, but are ready to delve into advanced features and customization of the product. More than 6 months of experience with the product is assumed.

# Set up Enterprise SecurityStation and Establish Connections to BMC Ideintity Management Agents
* Install Enterprise SecurityStation server, Windows GUI, and BMC Ideintity Management Agents
* Configure system connections, gateways, platforms and RSS
* Establish connections between Enterprise SecurityStation and BMC Ideintity Management Agents
* Implement system customization options
# View System Architecture, Control and Database Maintenance
* Describe the function of Enterprise SecurityStation components
* Configure system connections, gateways, platforms and RSSs
* Use the menu system to control Enterprise SecurityStation components
* Use the Troubleshooting Menu
* Backup and restore the database
* Set special user passwords
# Use Encryption and Password Synchronization
* Implement encryption on Enterprise SecurityStation and BMC Ideintity Management Agents

* Troubleshoot encryption problems
