New Users - This course is an introductory course designed to teach basic concepts and familiarize the student with the functionality of the product.
 
Course Abstract:
 This course is designed to give the student a working knowledge of BMC CONTROL-M, Job Scheduling and Production Control System, and BMC CONTROL-M/Restart, an automated Job Restart system. Students will learn how to define Job Scheduling parameters to BMC CONTROL-M, track jobs in the BMC CONTROL-M environment, as well as identify and solve problems in the Production environment. Emphasis is placed on the student learning how to code and monitor schedules effectively. Students may be anyone who works in a data center and is interested in BMC CONTROL-M and BMC CONTROL-M/Restart.
