• In the event that the eligible class is canceled by IBM during the promotional period, ITS will honor the promotion for the canceled enrollment for a future eligible IBM Software class, as long as the future eligible class is completed no later than February 25, 2011.
• You will be charged the full price of a public class if you do not cancel or reschedule your enrollment at least seven calendar days prior to the scheduled start date or if you do not show up for the class. However, you may cancel your class enrollment at any time within the three days following your initial or any rescheduled enrollment date without charge. To cancel an enrollment, call 888.4-IT-PAGE. Substitutions of enrolled students in scheduled classes are permitted prior to the Class start on the first day.
• Students who cancel their class enrollment, do not attend, or request a credit or refund will not be eligible for a Lenovo Netbook.
• Within four weeks of the completion of the eligible class, ITS will send an e-mail to each student who qualifies for a no-charge Lenovo Netbook, requesting their address to be used when shipping the no-charge Lenovo Netbook.
• Shipping addresses must be provided to ITS no later than three months from the date your eligibility is verified and you are contacted by ITS in order to receive a no-charge Lenovo Netbook.
• Recipients of the Lenovo Netbook must register their Netbook in their name at the appropriate web site identified in the instructions included with the Netbook for warranty eligibility. The Netbook holder is responsible for the terms and conditions of the Netbook agreed to upon warranty activation, and is responsible for any replacement fee if lost, stolen or damaged. Upon registering for the Netbook the recipient agrees to those terms and conditions and frees IBM from any responsibility.
• Allow 6-12 weeks after ITS receives your shipping address for your no-charge Lenovo Netbook to arrive.
• The value of the Lenovo Netbook under the terms and conditions of this promotion cannot be provided to you in the form of a cash payment.
• Travel and living expenses incurred while attending an IBM public training class are the responsibility of the student.
