Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy For Integrated Training Solutions, Inc. / TrainingPage and our Education Partners

The following cancellation/rescheduling policy applies to all students and customers for all courses and course delivery methods offered by TrainingPage and our Education Partners.

Cancellation/Reschedule without Penalty

Notice of cancellation/reschedule received more than fifteen (15) full business days prior to class start date is eligible for full refund or reschedule without penalty.

Cancellation/Rescheduling with Penalty

Notice of cancellation/reschedule received on or after the fifteenth (15th) full business day prior to class start date will result in 100% percent of the class fee to be billed and is not eligible for refund nor are the class fees transferable. If class is rescheduled, billing will occur for and on the original class date (plus applicable travel and related expenses) and is payable upon receipt of invoice. The new rescheduled course must be completed with in six months of the original class date. Travel and related expenses incurred will be billed for and on the original class date (if costs are actually incurred) and/or upon conclusion of travel for rescheduled class. Class may be rescheduled a maximum of one time.

Red Hat and JBoss Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

The policies below apply to ALL Red Hat training and certification/testing programs:

Cancellation / Rescheduling by participant

Notice of cancellation or reschedule on or after the fifteenth (15th) full calendar day prior to class start date is not eligible for refund, but is eligible for reschedule. Students are allowed up to 2 reschedules per class up until 15 days before course start date. Any reschedules after that point will incur a processing fee equal to 50% the published course price (MSRP). The new session date must be given at the time of the reschedule notification and rescheduled classes must be taken within one year of original invoice date. Student substitutions can be made 48 hours prior to a class start.

If a student does not attend a scheduled session “No Show”, there will be no refund or reschedule given. Payment is forfeited.

No-Shows

Payment is non-refundable when student fails to show up on the start date of the class and/or fails to communicate with TrainingPage with regard to cancellation or rescheduling of class. We understand that extenuating circumstances do occur, so please contact TrainingPage if questions arise.

Substitution of Students

Students from the same organization may be substituted up to the day prior to the class start date.

Travel Arrangements and Related Costs

Any and all travel arrangements and related costs are the student's sole responsibility and TrainingPage assumes no responsibility or liability for any costs, including non-refundable airline/travel tickets, hotel reservations, or other costs that may be incurred as a result of a course cancellation or rescheduling.

Expenses for Travel

Travel and related expenses will be billed at true cost upon the conclusion of travel for the original start date of class or rescheduled start date of class.

Student Knowledge/Prerequisite Requirements

Some courses offered provide specific requirements for student prerequisite knowledge and/or specific course prerequisites. Student is solely responsible to ensure prerequisite requirements are met for all courses attended.

Policy Exceptions

The cancellation/rescheduling policy for some courses differ from the Standard TrainingPage Policy. When this occurs, you will be notified at the time of enrollment as to the policy for your particular course.

Red Hat and JBoss Multi-Student Discount Terms and Conditions:

All students must be registered for the same date, location and class on the same invoice/transaction to be eligible for multi-student discount. Not applicable to Enterprise Architect courses (RH400 level courses). If requested session has insufficient space, balance of students must enroll into the next available scheduled session to receive discount. Customer is responsible for attendance of Customer personnel at the designated class session. Cancellation or rescheduling voids discount; any eligible refund or credit will be pro-rata reduced. Cannot be applied to courses in which student is already enrolled. May not be combined with other discount programs, promotions or coupons. Void where prohibited by law.

Red Hat Bundle Terms and Conditions

All bundles must be paid in full before attending first course. Enrollments are subject to Red Hat's Cancellation Policies. Back-to-back scheduling cannot be guaranteed. Student substitutions are not permitted. Eligible class substitutions are permitted while retaining Bundle discount: RH131 for RH133, or RH301 for RH300, for those who want training only. Bundle prices cannot be applied to courses in which one is already enrolled. May not be combined with other discount programs or coupons. Void where prohibited by law.

Guaranteed to Run Classes

TrainingPage Education Partner "Guaranteed to Run Classes" are subject cancellation in only extreme cases of emergency, weather/natural disaster or other acts outside the control of TrainingPage and Partners. In the event a “Guaranteed to Run” class cancels for any reason, TrainingPage assumes no responsibility or liability for any costs, including non-refundable airline/travel tickets, hotel reservations, or other costs that may be incurred as a result of a course cancellation or rescheduling. Every effort will be made to provide ten (10) business days notice when cancellation or reschedule occurs. If TrainingPage or our Education Partner is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the return of paid registration fee only.

TrainingPage and Education Partner Cancellations

From time to time TrainingPage and/or our Education Partners may be required to cancel or reschedule a training course. Every effort will be made to provide ten (10) business days notice when cancellation or reschedule occurs. Upon request, refund will be provided for tuition for the cancelled/rescheduled class. If TrainingPage or our Education Partner is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the return of paid registration fee only.

How to Cancel, Reschedule or Provide Substitute Student

Acceptable methods of communicating Cancellation/Rescheduling/Student Substitution: Cancellation, rescheduling or student substitution notification must be received by TrainingPage Corporate Office in writing either by fax, regular mail or via email. All requests must include Company Name, Student Name, Course Name, Course Date and Course Location.
